But without a shared framework or strategic oversight, this enthusiasm doesn't translate into scalable value. Ideas weren’t being captured, learnings weren’t being shared, and there were no guide rails to ensure safe, effective use of AI across the business. The risk? Reinventing the wheel daily, duplicating efforts, and missing the bigger strategic opportunity.
Solution:
We founded the AI Council—a cross-functional governance team focused on driving safe, ethical and strategic adoption of AI. We developed a use-case playbook, ran workshops across departments, and built custom GPT agents to support strategy, content planning, and internal training.
