Sage software had a big problem, they were facing heavy competition from new players in the accounting software market. These companies were younger, more nimble and were more efficient in converting brand awareness into customers. To combat this Sage needed to create a unified brand experience and customer journey across its 7 key regions.
We observed a whopping 13% increase in un-prompted awareness in the first year of the campaign and ensured that Sage was associated with a number of industry leading innovations resulting in higher organic and paid traffic.
Each market had autonomous marketing responsibility, so in order to achieve a consistent and frictionless customer journey a global content-first communications and redefined online brand experience were created with scored leads being handed over to their e-commerce team for closing.
