I have a degree in Marketing, a distinction average in my MBA and around 20 years experience in helping new and evolving brands connect with people in meaningful ways at important moments.


I built this site to help you quickly get to information you need to know about who I am, how I work, what I’ve done, and importantly how I go about solving new challenges.



Working with me, what is it like?

I think in journey’s.

When I’m working through a Marketing challenge, I start with the desired Brand and Customer Experience, then build from there. 


From a prospect entering a category for the first time to a customer requesting a new service, what are we doing to build salience with the brand.


When I’m managing a project, I’m thinking about where are we now, but what is next and next again. 

I listen more than I talk.

I absorb what is being said to understand different points of view and context. Understanding the intersection between culture and experience helps guide choices and built internal champions. Often there is no one right solution.

I lead with passion.

The passion I have for connecting people with brands is on display and infectious, it’s how I get the best out of teams and vendors. I do the work so that they feel guided in the right direction.

OUTSIDE THE DAY JOB

Each year, while others make news years eve resolutions I quietly establish a goal that will push me out of my comfort zone. It’s my way of disrupting myself, so that I am always learning, and I do it under the banner of Disruption Designed.
