No matter the client, there are 5 key principles that guide my work:

1. Proactivity not reactivity. Stand-out products are the ones that set the agenda and stand-out companies stick to their convictions, analyse their own performance and self-disrupt if needed.
2. People not just personas. The right message at the right time is not enough. It needs to be delivered in the right way - with empathy.
3. Marketing needs to connect with the business – not just customers. Your colleagues are potentially your biggest advocates: they need to believe in your work as much as you do.
4. Cohesiveness delivers a better ROI. Your customers see you as one organisation and no matter how big your budget is, it will go a lot further if it is being used in a focussed way.
5. Change should be embraced. Feedback loops should be welcomed and the work we do constantly bettered.
